本プライバシーポリシーは、Anima（以下「本アプリ」）における個人情報の取り扱いについて説明するものです。本アプリをご利用いただく前に、本ポリシーをよくお読みください。

収集する情報

本アプリでは、サービス提供のために以下の情報を収集します。

1. 位置情報

  • 収集目的: 周囲のAnimaの表示、共鳴機能の実現
  • 収集方法: GPSおよびネットワーク位置情報
  • 保存期間: リアルタイム処理のみ。正確な位置情報はサーバーに保存されません。Animaの「アンカー位置」として概略的な位置のみを24時間保存します。

2. 感情テキスト

  • 収集目的: 感情分析による感情パラメータの生成
  • 処理方法: Google Cloud Natural Language APIで分析後、テキスト自体は削除され、サーバーに保存されません
  • 保存されるデータ: 感情の数値パラメータ（valence, energy）と色情報のみ

3. アカウント情報

  • 収集目的: ユーザー認証、Animaの所有者識別
  • 収集項目:
    • メールアドレス（メール認証の場合）
    • Googleアカウント情報（Google認証の場合）
    • 表示名（任意）
  • 保存場所: Firebase Authentication

4. デバイス情報

  • 収集目的: プッシュ通知の送信
  • 収集項目: デバイストークン（FCM Token）
  • 保存場所: Firebase Cloud Messaging

情報の利用目的

収集した情報は、以下の目的で利用します。

  1. サービスの提供: Animaの表示、共鳴通知の送信
  2. サービスの改善: 利用状況の分析、機能改善
  3. お問い合わせ対応: ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの回答

第三者への提供

収集した個人情報は、以下の場合を除き、第三者に提供することはありません。

  1. ユーザーの同意がある場合

ユーザーは以下の権利を有します。

  1. アクセス権: 保存されている個人情報の開示を請求できます
  2. 訂正権: 誤った情報の訂正を請求できます
  3. 削除権: 個人情報の削除を請求できます（アカウント削除により実行）
  4. 同意撤回: 位置情報の利用は、端末の設定からいつでも無効にできます

セキュリティ

本アプリでは、以下のセキュリティ対策を実施しています。

  • 通信の暗号化（HTTPS/TLS）
  • パスワードのハッシュ化（Firebase Authentication）
  • Firestoreセキュリティルールによるアクセス制御

児童のプライバシー

本アプリは、13歳未満の児童を対象としていません。13歳未満の方が個人情報を提供したことが判明した場合、速やかに削除します。

本ポリシーは、必要に応じて変更されることがあります。重要な変更がある場合は、アプリ内またはメールでお知らせします。

Information We Collect

1. Location Information

  • Purpose: Display nearby Animas, enable resonance feature
  • Method: GPS and network location
  • Retention: Real-time processing only. Approximate "anchor location" stored for 24 hours.

2. Emotion Text

  • Purpose: Generate emotion parameters through sentiment analysis
  • Processing: Analyzed via Google Cloud Natural Language API, then deleted immediately. Text is NOT stored on servers.
  • Stored data: Only numerical emotion parameters (valence, energy) and color information

3. Account Information

  • Purpose: User authentication, Anima ownership identification
  • Collected items: Email address, Google account info (if used), display name (optional)
  • Storage: Firebase Authentication

4. Device Information

  • Purpose: Push notification delivery
  • Collected items: Device token (FCM Token)
  • Storage: Firebase Cloud Messaging

Use of Information

  1. Service provision: Display Animas, send resonance notifications
  2. Service improvement: Usage analysis, feature enhancement
  3. Support: Respond to user inquiries

Third-Party Disclosure

We do not share personal information except:

  2. When required by law
